1/5 Wheel Re-True SERVICE
This service is for to re true 4pc 1/5 KiloWattRC high speed foam wheels. The buyer is responsible for shipping to KiloWattRC. KiloWattRC will cover shipping back to the customer. If the service can not be performed due to the minimum thickness of foam being too low or damaged wheel, KilloWattRC will offer a refund of service or store credit. KiloWattRC at this time only sells Mad maxx high-speed foams in 4pc sets. After the wheels are delivered to KiloWattRC for the Re- true service, it will take two complete business days for service to be completed and dropped off at the shipping company. If the customer has specific diameter specifications for their Mad maxx foam wheels, please make sure to add specs to the customer custom specifications text field above this description. It's a must to check emails as KiloWattRC will need to be intouch with customers who pay for Re-True service
Re-True Return Policy
After the Re-True service is completed, there are no Refunds. If KiloWattRC does damaged to wheels during service, KiloWattRC will cover and replace wheels as needed. KiloWattRC will give a partial refund to customers that want to cancel before the Re-true service is started; shipping fee for shipping un serviced items back to customer will be deducted from refund.
